		<description>&lt;p&gt;As a former pre-med student, it amazes me that nursing degrees can now be obtained via online learning. I think that it is really cool but still wonder how you can obtain a nursing degree without the lab work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I remember spending hours in the biology and physiology labs disecting and identifying the anatomy of frogs, rats, etc. Now I know that it is not the same, but it does take some time to be comfortable sticking people with needles and such. I guess that it is why some in-person time is required. I just wonder how much.&lt;/p&gt;
