Teachers College To Offer Online Master’s Degree Program

The Teachers College of Columbia University announced its first ever online Master’s Degree program in Education this coming fall. This is a collaboration between Teachers College’s Department of Math, Science and Technology, Center for Technology and School Change (CTSC) and Center for Educational Outreach and Innovation (CEO&I).

The online Master’s Degree Program include course offerings such as Equity, Ethical, and Social Issues in Educational Technology; Telecommunications, Distance Learning, and Collaborative Interchange; Computers, Problem Solving, and Cooperative Learning; and Technology and School Change.

The Teachers College new online program will incorporate innovative online course platform such as asynchronous discussion; live Web video meeting application; and Library’s PocketKnowledge for group storage of files.
