Legislators Approved $11.5 M Fund For Online College Studying

State legislators of North Carolina recently approved a spending of $11.5 million for the new Learn and Earn Online initiative that aims to help the college bound students who came from North Carolina public high schools to finish their high school studies and attend online college for free.

Under this initiative, qualified students can now take a wide range of online college-credit courses for free. And the second best thing about Learn and Earn Online is that students can earn both high school and college credit for completed courses and can likewise take more than one course.

Students who are interested in this Learn and Earn Online initiative may talk to their high school guidance counselors for registration direction. Registration will end this coming September 4, 2007, so if you want to start earning real credit courses for your college, take advantage of this offer now.
