Another Online Learner Made It On Top

Dr. William S. Lightfoot, a PhD graduate in organization and management from Capella University gave another inspiring achievement for adults who are pursuing their higher education through online universities. Dr. Lightfoot has been named as the new Dean of Brenau University’s School of Business and Mass Communication.

This only proved that getting a degree from reputable online university can really give you good career advancement. Dr. William Lightfoot said that the key part why he was hired as Dean is his educational experience at Capella and the challenges he encountered as an adult learner.

Taking online degree is convenient as it allows you to study anywhere and anytime but it is not as easy as what others think. Completing a degree online is just like taking regular classes in campus: you need commitment, dedication and maturity to pass and complete your units.
